On 12th March 2006, after torrential overnight rain, St Columb's Rill, which forms the eastern boundary of these two building sites, burst its banks once again.

Taken from the Straid Road looking down on the almost completed site 0248 on the right, and the left hand field being site 0247. Double row of fence posts show normal course of St Columb's Rill, which had risen three or four feet and was very fast flowing.
