Rears of sites 22, 23, and 24. The submitted plans passed by the Planning Dept. for all the dwellings shown in this series of photos stated:- Exteriors to be painted pale yellow roughcast; Fascias - black; Plinths - black; and a first floor level of of this particular terrace of about one metre. This development was described to us by the Divisional Planning Manager (13/12/04) as a "Quality residential development" I expect she was referring to the artistic geometry of the pipe work over the arch!
