| NEW YORK STREET SCENE Grid and outlines drawn on canvas | |
| 23rd March - I took the "Central Park" cloth down and rolled it onto the alloy roller. Put up the new canvas for "NY Street", stretched it and then the usual 2.5 hours non-stop sealing. | |
| | |
| March 24th. Drew out the grid and started transferring the outlines. (Then two days break) March 27th Completed the transferring of outlines. Now
all I have to do is paint it! | |
| | Where a VP is actually on the canvas, I tether a length of string to that point and use the string as a guideline for the various construction lines. I hold the end of the string at the VP with masking tape. Here's a close-up of it. |
