Taking advantage of the depth. A rostrum at the back with cloth and two built pillars either side down stage of the rostrum to hide the edges of the Blacks.
The completed cloth and pillars. A single point perspective. (Lights not set and a no-makeup rehearsal) I believe, for the actual show, there was to be more light on this backcloth, which looks rather gloomy in this photo.
